456bf Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Using the Platform

1Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 456bf ("456bf", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 456bf website, mobile web application, and all related services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and promotional offers.

By accessing the 456bf platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 3Account Registration and Eligibility

To register an account on the 456bf platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. Registration constitutes your representation that all of the following are true at the time of registration and remain true throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. You acknowledge that 456bf may request a copy of a valid government-issued identity document at any time to confirm your age and identity, and that failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable time may result in the suspension or closure of your account.
• You are registering only one account in your own name. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all funds held within them.
• All personal information you provide during registration — including your full legal name, Bangladesh mobile phone number, and date of birth — is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of it changes. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee of 456bf, nor are you an immediate family member of any current or former employee, unless 456bf has provided specific written consent for such registration.
• You will keep your account login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and will not share them with any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, whether authorised by you or not. 456bf will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials where you have failed to keep them confidential.

456bf conducts identity verification (KYC) checks in accordance with its internal compliance procedures. 456bf reserves the right to require additional documentation at any time, including but not limited to a certified copy of a national identity card, passport, or Bangladesh mobile network subscription confirmation, and to suspend withdrawal processing until such documentation has been reviewed and approved.

4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on the 456bf platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit is ৳100 for bKash and Nagad mobile wallet transfers. The minimum deposit via bank transfer is ৳500. 456bf does not impose deposit fees; however, your payment provider may charge its own fees, for which 456bf accepts no responsibility.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit ("source of funds" rule), except where this is technically impossible, in which case 456bf will contact the account holder directly to arrange an alternative verified payment channel. Withdrawals to unverified third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of 456bf's one-time KYC verification process. Until KYC verification is completed, withdrawals may be held pending review. 456bf targets processing of verified withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6), but makes no binding guarantee as to exact processing times.
• Deposits made in error by the player (for example, where a player deposits an amount greater than intended) are non-refundable once credited to the account balance and wagered. 456bf's support team may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests for unplayed deposited funds submitted within 24 hours of the erroneous deposit.
• 456bf is not responsible for any delays in credit to a player's account arising from errors or delays by the player's bank, mobile wallet provider, or any other intermediary payment processor outside of 456bf's control. 5Bonuses and Promotions

456bf offers welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback, and seasonal promotional offers to eligible account holders. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following standard terms, in addition to any specific terms applicable to individual offers:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, the standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any funds generated from bonus play can be withdrawn.
• Free spins credited as part of a bonus offer will expire 7 days from the date of crediting unless otherwise specified. Unused free spins will be removed from the account on expiry with no substitute or compensation offered.
• A player may hold only one active bonus at any time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active and subject to outstanding wagering requirements will result in the new bonus being queued until the current wagering obligation has been fulfilled.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering process. Bonuses credited to an account may not be transferred to another account under any circumstances.
• Seasonal and event-based promotions — such as those tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, IPL, or T20 World Cup — are subject to their own specific terms published alongside each such offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific offer terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

456bf reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings credited to an account in error. If an erroneous credit is identified after the relevant funds have been wagered or withdrawn, 456bf may adjust the account balance or seek to recover the amount by any lawful means.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 456bf platform are governed by the following general rules, in addition to any specific rules applicable to individual game products or sports markets:

• Bets are final and binding once confirmed. 456bf does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except where an error by the platform has resulted in an obviously incorrect price or odds being displayed. In such cases, 456bf reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) technology provided by the platform's licensed third-party game suppliers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, Spribe, and Ezugi. 456bf does not manipulate game outcomes and accepts no liability for outcomes resulting from the normal operation of certified RNG systems.

Where the outcome of a game cannot be determined due to a technical fault, the bet will typically be voided and the stake returned.

Any account found to be using automated betting tools will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.

Any account found to be involved in match fixing or collusion will be permanently closed and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

Sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and competition. In cases of dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, 456bf will rely on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) as the definitive record. Results will be settled within a reasonable time following official confirmation of the outcome.

7Responsible Gaming

456bf is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm to its players. As part of this commitment, 456bf provides the following player protection tools, all accessible from within the account settings section of the platform:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a deposit limit may be increased only after a 24-hour cooling-off period to prevent impulsive limit increases.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out of their account.
• Cooling-off period: Players may apply a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which they will be unable to log in to or use the platform. This tool is intended for players who feel they need a short break from gambling activity.

• The account holder has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at any stage of registration or KYC verification; the account holder has used a false identity or assumed the identity of another person.
• The account holder has engaged in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, payment reversal fraud, bonus abuse, match fixing, or any form of collusion with other players.
• The account holder has been found to be under the minimum age of 21 at the time of registration or at any subsequent time. In such cases, all funds held in the account will be forfeited and may be donated to a responsible gaming charity at 456bf's discretion.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the 456bf platform — including but not limited to the 456bf brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, software, and the selection and arrangement of all such material — is the exclusive intellectual property of 456bf or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of 456bf.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 456bf platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to collect or harvest any data from the platform, to use data mining or scraping tools, or to reproduce any portion of the platform for any commercial purpose.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 456bf, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from gambling activity, including losses resulting from technical malfunctions, game errors, or server interruptions that are outside of 456bf's reasonable control, provided that 456bf has taken reasonable steps to remedy the issue and restore normal service.
• Any loss arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure, including losses arising from unauthorised access to your account by a third party where such access was made possible by your own failure to maintain appropriate password security.
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform or any part of it, whether planned or unplanned, and any loss of data arising therefrom, provided that 456bf takes reasonable commercial steps to minimise unplanned interruptions and to notify players in advance of planned maintenance windows.

11Privacy and Data Protection

13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
